Key Responsibilities Drive the digital transformation of 340B policy communications, ensuring cutting-edge training and education for staff and participants. Conduct tech-savvy internal audits using advanced software to identify and rectify compliance discrepancies. Leverage modern analytics to audit all service points, ensuring program integrity and participant compliance. Utilize data-driven insights to analyze program trends and report on performance metrics for strategic leadership decisions. Ensure the precision of 340B purchasing records through innovative software solutions. Identify and report on compliance issues, assisting in the development of proactive corrective action plans. Champion the creation of comprehensive quarterly and annual reports, documenting program success and areas for improvement. Optimize formulary pricing strategies through the 340B Prime Vendor Program, unlocking additional savings. Research and implement participation strategies with companies offering 340B-equivalent pricing. Facilitate clear, timely communication on program changes and quality improvement initiatives. Engage in continuous improvement by undertaking dynamic responsibilities as assigned. A minimum of three (3) years of trailblazing pharmacy technician experience is essential. Demonstrated attention to detail and analytical acumen, with the ability to interpret complex compliance regulations. Proficiency in 340B program compliance and auditing, with a forward-thinking mindset.
