Details :

  • Monday-Thursday - Clinic coverage - 8a-4 : 30p
  • 20-25 days per month of outpatient clinic coverage needed.
  • Setting : Outpatient, Clinic
  • Duties : ERCP, EGD, EVS
  • Required Procedures : ERCP
  • EMR : EPIC
  • Support Staff : MA, RN, Echo Tech, Lab Tech, Nuclear Tech, X-ray Tech
  • Reason for Coverage : Provider resigning.

SUBMISSION REQUIREMENTS

  • Board Certified Gastroenterology REQUIRED
  • Active UT license REQUIRED or IMLC (LOQ in hand at time of submission)
  • Active BLS - Required for credentialing.
  • Gastro Fellowship - REQUIRED
  • Active DEA - Required for credentialing (site will consider a transferred DEA, however, must keep this DEA for the duration of the assignment, not just for shifts worked.)
  • Candidate must be able to perform ERCP - Required to note
  • Must disclose what date provider can start - REQUIRED
  • Must disclose # of shifts per month provider can offer to the site - REQUIRED
  • Must acknowledge candidate understands the EMR training requirements set forth in job description and will complete in this order to avoid missing their start date - REQUIRED
  • Clean Malpractice / Background - Required & Must include Self inquiry NPDB report
