Schedule : Monday to Friday (Flexible scheduling available : 4 days / week or 4.5 days / week)

Job Description :

We are seeking an experienced Nurse Practitioner to join a busy outpatient neurology practice. The ideal candidate will be skilled in evaluating and managing patients with neurological conditions such as seizures, headaches, muscle weakness, coordination issues, cognitive concerns, and varying levels of consciousness. This role involves providing compassionate, high-quality care to adult patients across a wide age range.

Key Responsibilities :

• Conduct comprehensive neurological assessments for new and follow-up patients
• Order and interpret diagnostic tests
• Perform procedures such as IV infusions and lumbar punctures
• Prescribe appropriate medications and manage treatment plans
• Review patient histories, care plans, labs, and neuroimaging
• Participate in patient management and ongoing evaluation
• Assist in preparation for spinal or brain surgeries and support neurosurgeons during select procedures
• Maintain accurate documentation using the eClinicalWorks (ECW) EMR system
