Strategic Leadership & Program Oversight - Lead the development, implementation, and continuous improvement of corporate-wide EH&S systems, ensuring alignment with ISO 14001standards, OSHA, EPA, ATF, DOT, and DOD requirements. - Maintain explosive guidelines under the ATF requirements for Explosive Materials. - Partner with senior management and plant leadership to integrate EH&S principles into daily operations and long-term business planning. - Serve as the corporate liaison for all regulatory agencies and external auditors, ensuring consistent representation and compliance across sites.
