Overview

The GMC Programmer's role is to manage and process client campaign data across the full production lifecycle, while ensuring high levels of data quality and availability and meeting project deadlines.

Responsibilities

Essential Functions

• Generates mail files (Direct Mail or Email) for print using GMC / Inspire software.
• Integrates data from multiple sources to produce requested or required data elements
• Programs and maintains templates and formats.
• Receives and process input feeds
• Verifies input data quality, including identification and communication of file variances and potential issues
• Performs file transfers and backup procedures
• Sends all outputs to appropriate location
• Manages the quality and timeliness of updates and output deliverables
• Ensures compliance with production standards and tests / Quality Controls the solution(s)
• Takes specifications and uses them to design / code a solution
• Uses and fully understands established appropriate processes to meet customer requirements, and be able to customize if required
• Verifies program execution is successful
• Proactively identifies areas for improving processes and client service
• Focus on meeting and exceeding client expectations

Compensation Range : $72,390 - $99,960 annually. This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on the skills, qualifications, and experience of the applicant along with the requirements of the position, and the Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time. Temporary roles may be eligible to participate in our freelancer / temporary employee medical plan through a third-party benefits administration system once certain criteria have been met. Temporary roles may also qualify for participation in our 401(k) plan after eligibility criteria have been met. For regular roles, the Company will offer medical coverage, dental, vision, disability, 401k, and paid time off.
