As a Product Manager (Data & Machine Learning), you will own high-impact initiatives that leverage data and ML to improve search, matching, and marketplace efficiency. You will thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment where complex and ambiguous problems need to be broken down, analyzed, and turned into actionable solutions. This role requires extreme ownership, data-driven decision-making, and the ability to deliver measurable results for both job seekers and employers.

This role can be based anywhere in Canada or in the US, as we are a Remote first company (Canada preferred). Note that the internal job title will be Product Manager (L5).

What You'll Own and Drive :

• Lead the roadmap for ML-driven search and matching, including ranking, personalization, and marketplace optimization.
• Translate business goals into actionable, data-backed product strategies with measurable outcomes.
• Partner with engineering and data science to ship and iterate ML models in production.
• Use experimentation and predictive analytics (A / B testing, metrics frameworks) to guide decisions.
• Define success metrics and continuously optimize against them.
• Communicate trade-offs, insights, and results clearly across technical and commercial teams.
• Simplify and demystify ML-driven decisions for stakeholders.
• Stay ahead of AI / ML and ad tech trends, introducing innovative approaches into the marketplace.
