MUST HAVE minimum of 18 months recent ED experience.

MUST HAVE 18 months PERM experience in specialty applying for PRIOR to travel.

MUST HAVE PERM OHIO LICENSE OR COMPACT STATE IN HAND AT TIME OF SUBMISSION

AHA BLS / ACLS & PALS cert required and must be in hand at time of submission. TNCC preferred.
