Director of Engineering

A company is looking for a Director of Engineering to lead their Foundational Products Engineering organization.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and mentor engineering managers and their teams, ensuring alignment with company goals

Drive the technical strategy and execution for foundational product areas

Collaborate closely with Product, Design, and other stakeholders to define and deliver on the roadmap

Required Qualifications

Proven experience managing managers and leading multiple engineering teams

Strong technical background with a history of backend engineering

Experience with full-stack development, backend frameworks, and SQL databases

Ability to contribute to technical architecture discussions and incident resolution
