Job Description :

• Perform initial evaluations and treatments for trauma, orthopedic, neuro, cardiac, post-op, ICU, and MedSurg patients.
• Work with a caseload that may include any area within the hospital, including emergency departments.
• Manage a patient ratio of 10-12 per therapist, approximately 15 units per day.
• Utilize technology and equipment such as EMR : Cerner / Powerchart.
• Participate in a 3-day orientation, followed by 1 : 1 sessions with a Rehab Aide to familiarize with the surroundings.
• Share Rehab Aides among clinical staff for assistance; focus on unassisted work for evaluating therapists.
• Follow weekend rotations of once per month and may be required to assist with holiday coverage.
• Wear navy blue or dark green scrubs.

Orientation, scheduling, and shift expectations are provided to ensure seamless integration into the team and optimal patient care quality.
