Your Responsibilities :

Conduct behavioral assessments and develop treatment plans

Supervise ABA Therapists / RBTs and provide timely feedback

Monitor client data, update goals, and ensure clinical integrity

Deliver parent training and collaborate with families

Provide documentation and attend virtual or in person check ins

What You’ll Need :

Active BCBA certification

Master’s degree in ABA, Psychology, or related field

Reliable internet for remote work OR transportation for in person services

Afternoon availability (2–4 days / week)

Strong communication and clinical decision making skills
