Position Title : Travel Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) – Evening Shift

Location : Falmouth, MA

Job Type : Travel / Contract

Shift : Evening, 5x8s

Hourly Pay : $50–$53 / hr

Estimated Weekly Pay : $1,800–$2,000 / week

Overview :

"Navitas Healthcare, LLC" is seeking Travel Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)  for an exciting Travel job in Falmouth, MA.

Required :

Graduate of an accredited LPN program.

Active MA LPN license required.

Current BLS / CPR and AED certification.

Strong knowledge of nursing practices, long-term care standards, and regulatory compliance.

Leadership skills with a team-oriented approach.

What You’ll Do :

Lead and supervise daily nursing assistant activities.

Plan and coordinate nursing services each shift.

Maintain accurate documentation for admissions, transfers, discharges, treatments, and care plans.

Administer medications and treatments per physician orders and protocols.

Monitor resident health, report changes, and participate in care consultations.

Perform skilled nursing tasks, including IV / IM medications, catheterization, wound care, tube feedings, and specimen collection.

Conduct routine assessments and vital signs monitoring.

Ensure proper inventory of medications, supplies, and equipment.

Educate residents and families on health care and care plans.

Support quality assurance, inspections, and performance improvement initiatives.
