What You’ll Be Doing

Design and develop visual concepts that communicate our partners’ messages across a variety of media platforms.

Create engaging layouts for web and collaborate closely with the web development team to bring those designs to life.

Design logos, brand identities, and graphics that align with each partner’s unique voice and audience.

Produce social media graphics and digital content that enhance online presence and drive engagement.

Use industry‑standard software such as Adobe Creative Suite to produce high‑quality designs including layouts, logos, graphics, and animations.

Collaborate with team members to brainstorm concepts, refine designs, and deliver exceptional work on time.

Maintain brand consistency across all marketing channels, including print, digital, web, and social.

Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, effectively prioritizing tasks and meeting tight deadlines.

Work closely with clients to understand their goals and translate their vision into compelling visual assets.

Stay up‑to‑date on industry trends, tools, and techniques to keep our creative output fresh and innovative.

What We’re Looking For…

Bachelor’s degree in graphic design or a related field.

2 years of experience in graphic design, bonus points for experience in an agency setting.

Proficiency in industry‑standard software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.).

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with team members and clients.

Strong creative and technical skills, with an eye for detail and the ability to think outside the box.

Timeline‑driven mentality – ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectively to meet deadlines.

Portfolio of previous design work demonstrating a range of skills and styles.
