The Advanced Fighter Systems (AFS) program area within Advanced Products and Solutions (APS) business unit is looking for a Principal Financial Analyst (P3) to support the Business Management Finance team as a cost, schedule, and control analyst. The selected individual will be a key part of the Business Management Finance team in supporting critical development programs with external reporting requirements.

This position is currently designated as Onsite. The successful candidate will be required to work onsite at the following Raytheon location : McKinney, TX.

What You Will Do

• Provide weekly and monthly cost and performance monitoring and reports inclusive of monthly Earned Value reporting, & development of monthly LREs / quarterly EACs.
• Frequent interaction with various functions and multiple levels of the organization will be needed, so the successful candidate must possess strong presentation, communication, and professional skills.
• Support the program EV cadence in executing the IPMDAR external reporting requirements.
• Drive timely and compliant BCR processing in order to facilitate smooth month-end reporting.
• Support PMs / IPTLs with ad hoc analysis in support of variance reporting.
• Complete monthly CDRLs with a quick turnaround time in order to meet IPMDAR reporting requirements.
• Supporting the monthly forecast process which includes coordinating forecast updates with program stakeholders and updating Rplan.

The salary range for this role is $82,000 - $164,000 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. RTX considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to the role, function and associated responsibilities, a candidate's work experience, location, education / training, and key skills. Specific benefits are dependent upon the specific business unit as well as whether or not the position is covered by a collective-bargaining agreement. Payments under these annual programs are not guaranteed and are dependent upon a variety of factors including, but not limited to, individual performance, business unit performance, and / or the company's performance. This role is a U.S.-based role. If the successful candidate resides in a U.S. territory, the appropriate pay structure and benefits will apply.
