A company is looking for a Remote Call Center Agent for the Eastern & Central U.S.
Key Responsibilities
Answer incoming calls and provide accurate assistance to callers
Place outbound customer service calls as required
Follow call guides and maintain compliance with service standards
Required Qualifications
High school diploma or G.E.D. required
Two (2) or more years of call center / customer service experience
Proficient in Microsoft Outlook and Excel
Candidates located in the Eastern or Central Time Zones are strongly preferred
