Ambassador, A Villa Center is seeking an Environmental Services Assistant to join their team! The Environmental Services Assistant is responsible for the daily maintenance, repair, and upkeep of the inside and outside of the facility.

Environmental Services Assistant Duties and Responsibilities :

• Communicates on a regular basis with the Administrator who is responsible for ensuring that the facility physical plant equipment is functioning.
• Organizes multiple tasks at the same time and prioritizes work.
• Performs snow and ice removal as directed.
• Performs minor tile, wallpaper, painting, and drywall repairs.
• Performs gardening and lawn care duties.
• Repairs and replaces door and window hardware.
• Maintains and repairs pumps.
• Perform all preventative maintenance.
• Maintains accurate documentation as directed.
• Troubleshoots and repairs all kitchen equipment.
• All other duties as assigned.
