Job Description Assembler 2, General (BD Milpitas, CA)

Duration : 12+ months

Location : Milpitas, CA 95035

Shift : Mon Fri, 1st Shift (6 : 00 AM 2 : 30 PM PST)

Interviews : Onsite

Requirements : Clear criminal & education checks, HS Diploma / GED required Responsibilities :

Perform fabrication, manufacturing, assembly, testing, and packaging of medical devices.

Set up, operate, maintain, and troubleshoot equipment.

Conduct quality inspections per SOPs and quality guidelines.

Work with basic measurement tools (e.g., microscopes).

Maintain accuracy, follow instructions, and work well in a team environment.

Rotate between different tasks as needed.

Qualifications :

1 2 years of manufacturing / assembly experience.

Ability to read, write, and interpret English instructions and perform basic math.

Strong communication skills and attention to detail.

Ability to stand, walk, or sit for long periods; occasionally lift up to 50 lbs with assistance.

Must be reliable, punctual, and open to flexible hours.
