Purchasing Clerk - Purchasing

Prismatik Position

Essential Functions :

• Prepares purchase orders for stocked items and requests made by internal customers and satellite labs.
• Communicates with vendors and suppliers to place, receive, and reconcile any shipments as necessary.
• Performs inventory count verification when necessary to reconcile inventory balance file accuracy.
• Performs receiving transactions with inventory control software to close out invoice-receipt matching.
• Monitors material issues and closing in designated software.
• Determines if inventory quantities are sufficient for needs. Places inventory orders as needed.

Education and Experience :

Pay Range : $19.20-$25.00 / hr
