Overview

The Registered Nurse PRN is responsible for conducting one-on-one patient care and patient / family teaching in the home setting. The RN PRN will perform patient assessments and collaborate with the care team to develop and implement a Plan of Care. Additional responsibilities include regular communications with our clinical management team and timely and accurate documentation.
