[job_card.job_description]Deliver clinical sales enablement and consulting services using advanced clinical theories and principles Design and deliver clinical education training programs for internal teams and customers Analyze data sources to develop multi-disciplinary action plans and track key performance metrics Maintain strong relationships with clinicians and key opinion leaders to influence best practices Partner with customers to track data, compliance, and outcomes, developing outcome stories and white papers Bachelor's degree in Nursing (BSN) Current RN licensure required Minimum 8 years of experience in nursing Practical experience as a bedside Labor and Delivery Nurse Experience as a department nurse leader Experience leading quality / safety initiatives as a department leader Specialty certification (e.g., ACPC, C-OBE, RNC-OB, BLS, NRP) 2+ years of non-clinical industry experience Ability to interpret and communicate complex clinical and business data
