[job_card.job_description]Analyze client requirements and translate them into detailed technical specifications for potentially new client requests. Ensure the accuracy and integrity of data by conducting thorough quality checks and validations. Own client jobs making sure they are running smoothly and on-time per established calendar; identify and remediate pain points to continually improve the process. Develop, test, and deploy T-SQL scripts to support complex client projects. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver value to our clients every day. Maintain clear and effective communication with clients, address issues promptly and provide regular updates. Respond to and fulfill client tickets and requests in a timely manner with quality. Contribute to client team meetings for client projects and engagements. Take full accountability for project deliverables, ensuring they meet and exceed the established standards and client expectations. Proactively identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and quality of client deliverables. Create and maintain documentation and reports for internal and external consumption. Implement advanced ETL processes to acquire and load large datasets. Follow established procedures and standards as outlined by leadership. Maintain associated procedural documentation. Evaluate appropriateness of data for ad hoc requests and client projects. Contribute code that is well-documented, logical, and easy to follow as necessary. Other duties as assigned. Undergraduate degree Experience with relational databases 2 to 5 years industry experience in data analytics, client facing work, or healthcare. Descriptive statistics and / or Pharmaceutical / Healthcare industry experience Undergraduate degree with a quantitative focus Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to convey technical information to non-technical stakeholders. Strong sense of accountability and ownership for delivering high-quality work. Exceptional attention to detail, ensuring accuracy and precision in all tasks. Proficiency in T-SQL with extensive experience in writing and optimizing complex queries and scripts. Proven time management skills with the ability to manage multiple complex tasks and projects simultaneously, delivering results in a timely manner. Significant experience in a client-facing role or in the pharmaceutical industry is a plus. Ability to work remotely. Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to identifying and addressing issues within established product boundaries. Strong team player with the ability to work and execute independently. Desire for continuous improvement and growth – driven to excel. Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Office product suite including PowerPoint, Word, and Excel Experience in SSIS is a plus but not required.
The Client Delivery Analyst II role is fully remote (or work from our luxury offices in Chicago, Indianapolis, Boston, NYC, Gladstone NJ if preferred).

The Client Delivery Analyst II will play a critical role in ensuring the successful delivery of services and solutions to our clients. The Client Delivery Analyst II will handle more complex accounts and projects with minimal oversight. This position requires a high level of technical expertise along with strong communication skills and an exceptional internal drive. This position will several more complex / larger clients with oversight from a manager of client delivery. The ideal candidate will have a robust background in T-SQL, a demonstrated ability to consistently produce high-quality work in a timely manner, and exceptional communication skills.

This compensation range takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to : skill sets, experience and training, licensure and certifications, and other business and organizational needs. The disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled. At Precision, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. This role is also eligible for a discretionary annual bonus, health insurance, retirement savings benefits, life insurance and disability benefits, parental leave, and paid time off for sick leave and vacation, among other benefits.Reasonable estimate of the current range$75,000—$105,000 USD
