Job Description

We are seeking a Master's Level Mental Health Therapist to join our team! You will provide a trauma-informed, strengths-based mental health therapy services in group or individual settings. Licensed or licensure-eligible only LAC, LPC, Temporary Psychologist License. Clinical Supervision available. Infra-structure provided include office space, EHR / EMR with integrated billing and telehealth and equipment provided.

Responsibilities :

  • Build your own caseload.
  • Establish open lines of communication for individuals with mental or emotional issues, schedule, and complete intakes
  • Provide individual, group, and couple's therapy
  • Implement and review treatment plans
  • Collaborate with additional treatment providers and placement agencies
  • Ensure all documentation is completed in a timely manner

Qualifications :

  • Master's-level license in mental health field in AZ
  • Previous experience in mental health counseling or other related fields
  • Familiarity with community mental health resources and crisis triage and intervention
  • Excellent written and verbal communications skills
  • Ability to build strong rapport with clients
  • Organized and reliable
  • Strong self-motivation and self-starters applicants only
  • Timely documentation
