[job_card.job_description]Develop a deep understanding of brand access and fulfillment strategies to support strategic goals. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align strategies and optimize market access. Assist in creating and maintaining cost / access materials for field teams. Manage vendor relationships and ensure strategic alignment in resource updates. Support operational excellence by enhancing platforms and resources. Contribute to the development of new operational processes for effective team collaboration. Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, Business, or related field; advanced degree preferred. Experience in market access, healthcare, or pharmaceutical industry. Strong knowledge of healthcare reimbursement and payer systems. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects.
Role Overview :
- Must have understanding of the Market Access pull through process within PRC system and experience working with a PRC team submitting deliverables
- Must have a very strong operational mindset and critical thinking skills
- Experience working with external agencies and vendors as well as internal cross functional teams
