Position Description : Join our Treasury core team to spearhead the digital transformation of our global treasury operations. This pivotal role bridges business and technology, driving the design and execution of our digital treasury agendafrom automation and real-time visibility to AI-driven forecasting and intelligent workflows. This is an exceptional opportunity for a finance professional who is passionate about technology, energized by transformation, and eager to lead change across systems, data, and processes. The role supports a diverse array of finance functions including global treasury, pension and benefits management, insurance and risk management, and business development financial support. It offers significant upward influence and exposure to Senior Finance leaders.

Actual compensation will depend on a candidate's education, experience, skills, and geographic location. The anticipated wage for this position is $127,500 - $187,000. Full-time equivalent employees also will be eligible for a company bonus (depending, in part, on company and individual performance). In addition, Lilly offers a comprehensive benefit program to eligible employees.
