Senior Design Engineer

We are seeking an experienced Senior Design Engineer to lead complex mechanical design, advanced 3D CAD modeling, and engineering documentation for custom automated and material-handling systems. This role is ideal for a high-level engineer who thrives on ownership, technical leadership, delivering robust, manufacturable designs that drive operational performance.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead mechanical design projects from concept through production
• Develop innovative design solutions and convert concepts into advanced 3D CAD models
• Conduct detailed research on material-handling, automation, and machine design methods
• Perform finite element analysis (FEA) to validate structural and mechanical integrity
• Specify mechanical, pneumatic, and motion-control components
• Create and approve detailed engineering drawings, assemblies, and BOMs
• Ensure accuracy and organization of engineering documentation and digital files
• Mentor junior engineers and provide technical guidance to cross-functional teams
• Communicate directly with customers, suppliers, and internal stakeholders
• Manage multiple engineering projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
