Customer Service Agent - Denver, Colorado

Position : Virtual Customer Service Agent
Compensation : $22 / hour
Location : On-Site in Denver, CO
Availability : Morning Shifts, Overnight Shifts.

What will I do?
Respond to correspondence and problem resolution promptly, display a caring attitude, and developrapport with the customer base.
Promote good customer relations by consistently providing premier customer satisfaction with a friendly demeanor and can-do attitude.
Requirements : Positive attitude!
Customer service experience is required.
Education :
High school diploma or GED required.
Experience :
Strong customer service experience.
Parking industry experience is preferred but not required.
Physical Demands :
Willingness to work in the elements heat, wind, snow, rain, etc.
Ability to stand, walk, and run for extended periods.
Ability to bend, stoop, and squat frequently throughout a shift.
