Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certifications in customer service is a plus.Proven experience in a customer support role or similar position.Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.Ability to handle challenging customer interactions with patience and professionalism.Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) systems is advantageous.Benefits
