[job_card.job_description]Analyze ETL jobs and the data feeds and make adjustments as needed. Maintain documentation for job processes and update as needed. Monitor, troubleshoot, and resolve job failures. Develop code to create new client-server jobs as part of application modernization effort. Attend all customer technical discussions / design / development meetings and provide technical inputs to further enhance the code quality / process. Provide guidance / support to other junior / mid-level developers. Impact functional strategy by developing new solutions, processes, standards, or operational plans that position Client competitively in the marketplace. All other duties as assigned or directed. Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Engineering or a related field. Bachelor's Degree with 7+ years of experience Masters or Doctorate degree may substitute for required experience 10+ years of experience with Web component development using modern JavaScript, CSS and CSS preprocessors such as SASS and LESS, ES 6+, and Stencil.js. Must be able to obtain and maintain a Public Trust. Contract requirement. Understanding the db2 data models and JCL Programs. In depth understanding and experience with mainframe databases and backend applications that connect to the mainframe. Experience monitoring and troubleshooting daily production jobs and job failures. Proficient in writing Linux scripts for ETL. Excellent communication and written skills Experience with modern development software, tools, and methodologies. Experience working on Agile projects and understanding Agile terminology. Work in DevOps Environment. Experience with Linux environments. Participate in daily scrum and provide updates.
Please Note :
- This is a 100% On-Site position.
- Selected candidate must be willing to work on-site in Woodlawn, MD 5 days a week
