- This will be an in-office position. Remote work is not available for this position

Be a part of a team of colleagues that demonstrate a passion for providing excellent customer service, while maintaining efficiency on callsHandle inbound telephone calls and document all interactionsResearch customer inquiries and follow up with customers as needed via email or outbound phone callsRespond formally to correspondence, either verbally or in writing, utilizing all reference material necessary to provide an informed response to the customerRequest additional / missing information from the customer via written or verbal communicationAbility to troubleshoot basic website errors or website navigation questionsAssist with renewals or policy questionsAbility and flexibility of working an 8-hour day, as well as any overtime needsWhat you need :
HS diploma or equivalentComputer proficiency (data entry, email, etc.)Microsoft office (Outlook, Teams)Basic computer troubleshooting skillsTime management and multitasking skillsAdaptability- flexible / adjusts to changeStrong oral and written communication skillsWillingness to receive coaching and feedbackWhat makes you stand out :
