Engineering Manager In The Platform Administration Pillar

As an Engineering Manager in the Platform Administration Pillar, you will lead the team responsible for the core identity, authentication, and authorization services that power the Workiva platform. Your team builds the secure, scalable foundation that validates every user and service request, enabling compliant growth and seamless interactions across all products. You'll drive the development of high-performance APIs, SDKs, and admin experiences that reduce latency, improve reliability, and make secure development the easiest path for internal teams and external developers integrating with Workiva.

Leadership & Team Management

• Lead, mentor, and develop a team of software engineers focused on authentication, authorization, and administrative platform services
• Provide hands-on coaching, performance feedback, and growth opportunities for engineers at varying experience levels
• Foster a collaborative, inclusive, and high-ownership team culture grounded in trust, accountability, and continuous improvement

Salary range in the US : $129,000.00 - $207,000.00

A discretionary bonus typically paid annually

Restricted Stock Units granted at time of hire
