You will collaborate with analytical counterparts across the intelligence and operational communities to develop a comprehensive intelligence picture of the operational environment and key terrain. Our ideal candidate will leverage their cyberspace intelligence experience to conduct open / all-source research, network vulnerability analysis, and critical factor analysis in support of cyberspace operations. As a Subject Matter Expert, you will deliver analytical products, including joint intelligence preparation of the operational environment, target systems analysis, and system of systems analysis (orally, visually, and written formats) in accordance with established DoD policies, procedures, and requirements. / ph3Job Description / h3pIn this role, you will analyze highly complex and diverse mission areas that require innovative solutions using various tools and databases. Additionally, you will conduct the following duties : / pulliConduct analysis from all-source and open-source data to characterize the information environment and cyberspace operational environment characteristics in relation to the target space. / liliConduct operational research from various sources / metadata to identify, analyze, and characterize targets in the Five-O (Facility, Individual, Virtual, Equipment, and Organization) spectrum to build a comprehensive operational picture. / liliDetermine the organizational structure, doctrine, tools, techniques, and procedures (TTP), capabilities, communications, movement, and operational touchpoints to the telecommunications infrastructure. / liliExecute target analysis and research to identify communication infrastructures. / liliConduct operational research from various sources / metadata to identify, analyze, and characterize telecommunications and social networks to build a comprehensive intelligence picture. / liliSupport risk and vulnerability assessments at the network, system, and application levels. / liliAnalyze data to support the identification of new access development opportunities for follow-on collection requirements. / liliSupport critical factor analysis techniques as a member of a team. / liliProvide information recommendations to address gaps and seams in intelligence requirements. / liliDeliver analytical products such as joint intelligence preparation of the operational environment, target systems analysis, and system of systems analysis (orally, visually, and written formats) to support our clients cyberspace operational requirements. / li / ulh3Basic Qualifications / h3p TS / SCI clearance plus Counterintelligence Polygraph (CIP) or be willing to pass a CIP as required. / pp Minimum 8 years of experience with intelligence analysis, U.S. government all-source analytic production, or specialized intelligence analysis. / pp BS or BA degree or at least 4 years of related technical experience in lieu of a degree. / pp Demonstrate the ability to use conclusions, inferences, and a deep understanding of intelligence disciplines to produce intelligence products, to drive the intelligence cycle, to collaborate with counterparts in the intelligence community, to inform current / future operations, and to advise operational decision makers. / pp Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to present complex technology in simple terms. / pp Self-motivated, creative, willing to work as a member of a team, and can organize and manage individual schedules. / ph3Preferred Qualifications / h3p Experience with GEOINT, HUMINT, SIGINT, and Joint Targeting. / pp Experience with all-source intelligence analysis and production for military activities and operations. / pp Experience with Target Systems Analysis. / ph3About Strategic Technologies Analytics Group (STAG) / h3pSTAG is a premier solutions provider to the National Security and Defense communities around the world.
