Key Responsibilities :

• Execute physician orders, administer medications, start IVs, and perform various treatments and tests while ensuring all actions are documented in line with company policies and regulations.
• Order, interpret, and evaluate diagnostic tests to identify and assess a patient's condition effectively.
• Consistently assess and evaluate patient needs and their responses to the care provided.
• Utilize sound nursing judgment to manage patient care decisions efficiently.
• Deliver primary and emergency care for both occupational and non-occupational injuries and illnesses.
• Administer prescribed medications as directed, both over-the-counter and prescription.
• Collaborate with nursing colleagues to develop and implement comprehensive Plans of Care for each patient.
• Guide and direct ancillary personnel, maintaining high standards of professional nursing practice.
