A company is looking for a Team Lead in Long-term Disability Claims.
Key Responsibilities
Drive team performance to meet or exceed operational goals
Review and approve claim decisions, system coding, and communications
Lead training and mentoring programs for claims staff
Required Qualifications
High School Diploma required; college degree preferred
5+ years of LTD / disability claims experience
Solid understanding of LTD Claims and familiarity with SOX controls and ERISA regulations
Experience mentoring, coaching, and delivering training
Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
