A company is looking for a Director of Clinical Pharmacology to lead early-stage clinical programs.

Key Responsibilities

Serve as the Clinical Pharmacology lead for ADC programs, focusing on dose selection and optimization

Provide actionable recommendations based on the analysis and interpretation of pharmacokinetic and exposure-response data

Drive clinical pharmacology strategy and oversee external vendors to ensure high-quality deliverables

Required Qualifications

PhD, PharmD, or equivalent in pharmaceutical sciences, clinical pharmacology, or related discipline

10+ years of industry experience in clinical pharmacology, preferably with hands-on experience in ADC programs

Proven ability to lead in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment

Demonstrated strategic thinking and operational execution capabilities
