A company is looking for a Technical Support Engineer to provide technical support to engineers for their software products.
Key Responsibilities
Provide superior customer service and technical support for the software suite
Gather customer information to understand needs and offer solutions
Conduct virtual training classes and write technical documentation for users
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree (or higher) in Civil or Structural Engineering
3 to 5 years of structural design engineering experience
PE license required
Experience with the RISA and ADAPT product suite is preferred
Experience working directly with customers is a plus
