About the Role

The Company is in search of a dedicated Executive Director to lead its mission of providing comfort, care, and hope to families facing medical crises. The successful candidate will be a servant leader with a hands-on approach, deeply involved in all aspects of the organization, from daily operations to strategic planning. This role requires a compassionate individual with a strong vision, the ability to empower others, and a commitment to the values of the organization. The Executive Director will oversee a $1.2 million budget, guide a small team, and work closely with the Board to ensure the financial sustainability and growth of the nonprofit. Key responsibilities include board governance, financial performance, fundraising, community outreach, human resources, and operations. Applicants for the Executive Director position at the company should have a Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in nonprofit management, business, or a related field, with a minimum of 5 years' senior nonprofit leadership and board experience. The role demands a proven track record in fundraising, community engagement, and organizational leadership, as well as strong financial acumen and the ability to diversify revenue streams. The ideal candidate will have high emotional intelligence, excellent communication skills, and the ability to foster a culture of trust, respect, and accountability. Experience in strategic planning, decision-making, and a deep understanding of compliance requirements, particularly in the areas of Medicare and Medicaid, are essential. The Executive Director will also be responsible for ensuring the organization's policies and procedures are up to date, and for leading a team that is dedicated to the mission of the company.
