Edenbrook Yeadon is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Maintenance Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will be passionate about providing exceptional care to our residents, ensuring their safety, comfort, and well-being in a warm and supportive environment.
Position : Maintenance Assistant
Shift Schedule : 7am to 3 pm ( rotating on-call schedule for the weekends)
Job Responsibilities :
- Perform routine maintenance tasks, including but not limited to plumbing, electrical, and HVAC repairs.
- Conduct painting and drywall repairs as needed to maintain the appearance of our facilities.
- Inspect and troubleshoot equipment and systems to identify issues and implement effective solutions.
- Assist in the planning and execution of preventative maintenance schedules to minimize downtime and ensure optimal functionality.
- Collaborate with other team members and departments to coordinate maintenance activities and prioritize tasks.
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, including work orders, repairs, and inventory levels.
- Adhere to safety protocols and regulations at all times to ensure a safe working environment for yourself and others.
