We are looking for a Quick Turn Program Manager (QTPM) to join QTPM Execution team. Our work has a major impact across all functional areas. We need passionate, hard-working, and creative people to help us reach our Speed of Light (SOL) goals.
What we need to see :
7+ years of working experience in the Contract Manufacturing or Production planning field.
Bachelor of Science degree in Operations, Manufacturing Management, Logistics or related fields, or equivalent experience.
Must function independently in a multifaceted and fast paced environment.
Ability to take ownership of tasks, to resolve time sensitive issues in a dynamic production environment.
Very strong leadership, facilitation, problem solving, and project management skills are required to be successful in this role. Strong interpersonal skills, enjoy working with others in a collaborative, social environment; effective at building and maintaining strong relationships.
Be solution driven. Apply problem solving skills to work through conflict in an effective and professional manner to maintain productive working relationships.
Proficiency in business software applications such as Microsoft Office, Excel, SAP, MRP – Excellent analytical skills and hands-on with excel to analyze data - formulas, pivot tables. Ability to write excels macros is a plus.
Language : Excellent English skills on reading, writing, speaking, and listening
Personality : highly organized, detailed orientated, a self-starter with a strong sense of ownership.
APICS, Six Sigma, Lean Manufacturing certification is helpful.
Flexibility and willingness to travel as the need arise.

What you will be doing :
Create & Issue Nvidia Supplier Corrective Action Request (SCAR) & drive closure, as needed. Reviewing all open 8D, during weekly Quality & On Time Deliver (OTD) critical metric meetings. Maintain asset & equipment lists, Bi-weekly Nvidia asset cycle verification
