Quality Control

We are seeking a detail-oriented and dedicated QC Technician to join our quality assurance team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring that our products meet the highest standards of quality and compliance with industry regulations. This position involves performing quality inspections, conducting audits, and utilizing various quality management systems to uphold our commitment to excellence.

Shift Requirements

This position requires flexibility to work either shift :

Day Shift : 6 : 00 AM - 2 : 30 PM

Night Shift : 5 : 30 PM - 2 : 00 AM

Weekend and holiday availability may be required based on production needs.

Responsibilities

Conduct thorough quality inspections of products at various stages of production to ensure compliance with specifications. Perform quality audits to identify areas for improvement and ensure adherence to quality standards.

Utilize Calypso software for data analysis and reporting on quality metrics.

Implement and maintain quality assurance (QA / QC) processes and systems in accordance with FDA regulations.

Operate vision inspection systems to detect defects and ensure product integrity.

Collaborate with production teams to address quality issues and implement corrective actions.

Document findings, prepare reports, and communicate results to relevant stakeholders.

Assist in the fabrication of testing equipment or tools as needed for quality assessments.

Skills

Strong understanding of quality management principles and practices, including QA / QC methodologies.

Confirm all documentation-assembly and QC check sheets.

Quality and workmanship of the product and processes in assigned areas, such as In-process and finished good products are to engineer specifications on drawings.

Report detailed and accurate discrepancies on non-conforming products.

Experience with vision inspection systems is highly desirable.

Excellent attention to detail and strong analytical skills for identifying defects or inconsistencies.

Knowledge of MS Office and ISO 9001.

Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, for effective reporting and documentation.

1 - 3 years' experience in Quality Control manufacturing.

Must be able to read and interpret schematics.

Must be able to use Digital Multimeters, Tape measure (preferably metric) basic hand tools.

Must be detailed oriented, able to comprehend mechanical and wiring drawings, detect poor workmanship.
