This role reports to our Chief People Officer and is based out of our Fairfield, NJ headquarters, following a hybrid schedule with three-four days on-site per week.

This role is probably for you if you:

• Are based in New Jersey or can be on-site 3-4 days per week in Fairfield, NJ
• Have 8+ years of progressive HR/Talent experience and have led people or programs
• Love culture, engagement, and leadership development and alsocare deeply about benefits, compliance, and doing things right
• Ability to travel both domestically and internationally
• Think in systems, patterns, and long-term impact (not just tasks)
• Are comfortable advising leaders and influencing with confidence and empathy
• Have strong judgment, a steady presence, and a good sense of humor
• Believe HR can be bothhuman and rigorous
• Want to build something meaningful not justmaintainwhat exists

Compensation Benefits:

• Competitive annual salary ranging from $130,000 to $150,000, based on your experience.
