Training Specialist

A company is looking for a Training Specialist / Instructional Designer.

Key Responsibilities

Develop instructional training materials including guides, presentations, videos, job aids, and demos

Deliver virtual and instructor-led training sessions for diverse user groups

Collaborate with SMEs, analysts, and technical staff to gather training requirements and validate content

Required Qualifications

Minimum of five (5) years of instructional design or training development experience

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related discipline, or equivalent experience

Experience creating clear, engaging, user-focused instructional content

Ability to translate system features and workflows into structured instructional materials

Must be able to obtain and maintain a Public Trust clearance
