Full Time Roll-Off Truck Driver

Redbox+ Dumpsters is now hiring a full time roll-off truck driver to drive weekdays and occasional Saturdays. Redbox+ of Orange County is not a typical waste service. We hold a patented design for a combination portable toilet and dumpster, making our containers the most efficient and innovative in the market. Redbox+ of Orange County is a boutique company - small, family owned and exists to offer exceptional service to our customers. We are looking for a friendly, respectful, timely and safe driver to join our team.

The best fit for this role will happily maintain close relationships with project managers, respect homeowners and their property, safely operate a specially equipped Kenworth T-370 tandem axle truck, manage time appropriately, love logistics, and doesn't mind getting a little dirty.

Duties

• Deliver Roll-Off/Portable Toilet Combination Containers to customer job-sites safely
• Provide excellent customer service to customers and homeowners
• Speak with customers and homeowners to ensure satisfaction
• Maintain relationships with project managers
• Perform Safety Pre-Trip inspections according to DOT guidelines
• Log Driver Hours as required by DOT guidelines
• Empty containers at disposal sites
• Clean/Service portable toilets
• Tarp containers during transports
• Empty Wastewater Tank at disposal sites

Skills

• Excellent time management skills to ensure always on time
• Safely operate vehicle in all weather conditions
• Navigate high traffic roads, driveways, tight overhead environments
• Highly skilled backing and maneuvering sometimes necessary
• Professional interactions with customers and maintain professional and courteous behavior to all members of public

Qualifications

• Must be 21 years of age
• Must provide current vehicle driver's license and access to driving record
• Good driving record
• 2+ years CDL experience with Valid/Current Class B CDL
• Pass a background check
• Pass drug tests before and during employment
• Legally able to work in the US
• Familiarity of LA / Orange County region

This position will accommodate a full and part time driver with potential to grow into full-time down the road. We will work with the right candidate to determine the best schedule/hours. The driver will work closely with the general manager daily.

Compensation: $25.00 - $29.00 per hour
