As a Data Privacy Lead-Vice President within the Asset & Wealth Management (AWM) team, you will be part of a group dedicated to creating business impact through the governance and implementation of privacy requirements. Job Responsibilities

• Execute the 1st Line of Defense privacy operating model that adheres to firmwide requirements and applicable law.
• Lead and support programs to enhance AWM's privacy program.
• Advise on privacy requirements for new initiatives.
• Ensure effective execution of privacy and data protection requirements, inclusive of privacy risk assessments, and management of procedures.
• Actively partner with the business and privacy teams to deliver required results.
• Engage in the appropriate committees and forums to provide transparency and collaborate with stakeholders on delivery of privacy initiatives.
• Assist the business with the design and execution of controls to address privacy business requirements and mitigate risks.
• Support the business preparing for privacy related exams, compliance tests and audits.
• Provide transparency through governance, reporting and metrics that support the privacy framework.
• Lead, mentor, and develop a team of professionals in a way that promotes a culture of excellence, continuous learning, and supports their professional goals.
