  • OR Facilities : 9 operating rooms.
  • Current Team : 4 general surgeons.

Procedural Requirements

  • General Surgical Cases :
  • Adult and trauma cases.
  • Laser-certified procedures.
  • Chest wall / pleural procedures.
  • Ventilation management, central line insertion, PA catheter placement, chest tube insertion.
  • Aneurysm repairs.
  • Abdominal and vascular access devices, AV shunt, hernioplasty.
  • Cholecystectomy, Nissen fundoplication.
  • Upper and lower sigmoidoscopy and colonoscopy.

    • Qualifications

  • Board Certification : ABOS or AOBOS - Required.
  • Licensing :
  • Active Virginia license - Required (must already be active).
  • BLS and ACLS certification - Required.
  • COVID Vaccination : Preferred (must have before credentialing).
  • Background : Clean background highly preferred.
