Tax Director - R&D Tax Credits (remote anywhere in CA or TX)

We are currently looking to hire a Tax Director of R&D Tax Credits. Our ideal candidate has strong R&D Tax Eredit experience performing advanced accounting functions and advise clients on the tax implications of their business decisions, evaluating and selecting actions to lessen their tax burdens.

We are seeking someone experienced who is ready to lead and build out a team!

This role can be remote for anyone in CA or TX (office visits 2-4x / month) or hybrid (2-3x in office / week) at any of the following locations :

California offices : Irvine, San Diego, Los Angeles, San Rafael, Mountain View, Walnut, Sacramento

Texas offices : Houston, Austin

We also have offices in Boca Raton, Atlanta, Chicago, and Long Island

Responsibilities :

• Leading a team
• Leading client engagements and taking care of client deadlines and communication
• Supervise and train staff to prepare returns
