This independent contractor position offers a flexible schedule with earnings of $2500 to $5000 weekly, and all necessary travel accommodations, as well as malpractice coverage, are provided. We're searching for providers to conduct In-home Health Evaluations for Medicare Advantage, Medicaid, and certain commercial plan members.

• Earn $2500 to $5000 each week (Average 5-9 Daily)
• Shifts available 7 days a week
• Short-Term or Long-Term basis
• Pre-scheduled visit in-home w / health plan members
• Airfare, Hotel, Rental Car, Malpractice, Availability Incentives provided as needed
• Independent Contractor, 1099 status
• Flexible Schedule
• Custom EMR, created by providers to ensure these visits are provider friendly.
• Daily per diem provided
• State License Required
