Vice President of Finance

Position Overview

We are looking for a dynamic and strategic Vice President of Finance to lead the financial operations of a publicly traded company within the consumer products sector. This role is critical in shaping financial strategy, ensuring regulatory compliance, and driving sustainable growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead financial planning, forecasting, and budgeting processes
  • Oversee reporting, compliance, and SEC filings
  • Partner with executive leadership on strategy and capital allocation
  • Manage treasury, audit, tax, and investor relations functions
  • Build and mentor a high-performing finance team

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field (MBA / CPA preferred)
  • 10+ years of progressive finance leadership experience
  • Public company and consumer products experience strongly preferred
  • Proven track record with SEC reporting and investor communications
  • Strong analytical, leadership, and communication skills
