Under the supervision of the Director, performs the following clerical duties to include but not limited to answering the primary phone number, routing calls to appropriate person, greeting visitors, managing entering guests and customers, and providing customer service support to all JEVS employees. Support managing incoming/outgoing mail. Assist in maintaining electronic health records of participants and ensuring the participants' eligibility. Prepare JEVS invoices for transportation. Perform other clerical duties as needed.
Shared Duties And Responsibilities To Include But Not Limited To:
High School education or equivalency.
Three years appropriate experience.
Must be proficient in Word and Excel.
Must be proficient with using the computer, record management systems, and other software packages.
Must be able to operate and use office machinery to include copy machines, scanner, postage machines.
Must be available to take certified mail to the post office as needed.
The pay for this position is $17-18/hour. Base pay is one part of the Total Compensation that JEVS Human Services provides to recognize employees for their work.
