Food Processing Worker - Production & Packaging

• Packing frozen food items (cheesecake)
• Communicate with team members to ensure work is being done timely and efficiently
• Work in a safe manner following all safety guideless.
• Ensure safe quality food production by following GMP's, keeping work area, tools, and supplies clean, organized and sanitary throughout the work shift
• Meeting daily food production quotas
• Loading and unloading goods off assembly line
• Inspect, weigh, sort, and package produce
• Fast pace, attention to detail, understanding and following instruction is critical to be successful in a production environment.
• Wear proper Personal Protective Equipment (i.e. hair net, hearing protection, plastic or cotton gloves, smocks, and aprons etc.).
• Read and use weight scales and baking equipment (Whisks, measuring cups, funnels etc.).
• Start/stop/load and unload mixer machines

Repetitive Motions include: Pulling/pushing/lifting/loading/unloading equipment & containers. Must be able to work safely with products containing allergens (wheat & dairy, as well as eggs and a variety of tree nuts).
