Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and results-driven Production Supervisor who is passionate about coaching safety, quality, and productivity. You will play a key role in ensuring that objectives are met through adherence to standardized work processes, with a particular focus on lean manufacturing practices and safety protocols.

Responsibilities

• Coach and guide team members to meet safety, quality, and productivity objectives.
• Implement and drive lean manufacturing practices and ensure adherence to safety protocols.
• Manage and oversee payroll processes to ensure timely payment of employees.
• Adapt to rotating shifts every 4 months, requiring flexibility to work day, mid, and overnight shifts any day of the week.

Work Environment

The role is based in Truck / Transit Final assembly areas, with potential involvement in other plant areas. As a supervisor, you will work closely with hourly employees and UAW members, ensuring smooth production processes. The work environment is casual yet professional, with a dress code that includes wearing a collared shirt.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Kansas City, MO.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $30.87 - $30.87 / hr.
