Travel Nurse RN - Med / Surg / Telemetry - $2,762 to $2,942 per week in Burlington, MA

Facility : Lahey Hospital and Medical Center 11 / 24 / 25 to 02 / 21 / 26 13 Weeks 36 Hours / week 12H Night 07 : 00 PM - 07 : 30 AM Position Description : Day one pass / fail testing will be administered. Relias practice tests will be available via Relias. 12H night shift, ever other weekend NO CHRISTMAS TIME OFF WILL BE APPROVED. Every other weekend will be required. (Weekends for days - Sat and Sun, weekends for nights will be Fri, Sat, Sun). BLS-AHA required. ACLS-AHA, NIHSS preferred. Ratios will be between 1 : 4-6 and will be expected to float to ED holds, inpatient holds, PACU and other boarding units. Weekly start dates (Mondays). Floating occurs in 4 hour blocks while on shift - while floating every 4 hours is rare, it could happen. Level 1 trauma experience is preferred. If no prior travel, level 1 trauma will be required.
